Chic Tranquility wins RHS Gold @ Tatton:
Working for Outdoor Chic and designer Ceri Morgan, we were originally responsible for the design and construction of the water features for the Gold Medal winning back to back garden "Chic Tranquility". We also used our experience to help build the rest of the garden in only 9 days. All involved were over the moon to be awarded a gold at our first attempt and to see our work featured on BBC2 and Look Northwest was a fantastic experience.
What a View:
Working on a design by Jacquetta Menzies we were responsible for building the client her dream garden. The garden project involved was split into two areas, one at the front of the house and a large garden at the side. It was made more difficult because of the location, on top of hill at the end of a single track lane but the views were spectacular. The garden is to be entered into the national BALI awards next year because ourselves, the designer and most importantly the client were all very happy indeed with the final product.
Walking On Water:
The brief on this project was to make the designers idea come to life, With a few tweaks and a lot of know how we gave the client his floating steps and reflective catwalk, which the water could be lowered by 10mm to create a dry polished granite slab catwalk.
Project Koi Pond:
Our Client was intent on serious koi keeping. From design to completion we ensured that the 7500 gallon pond with viewing window and twin nexus filtration was everything & more than originally envisaged by the client. This pond is to feature as "Pond of the month" in a National Koi Magazine summer 2010.
Pride and Joy:
Our Brief was to create a visual and maintenance free feature in an inaccessible and overgrown area. After clearing and retaining the area we constructed with stone from the local quarry a 40,000 litre per hour re-circulating natural effect waterfall. Full system including filter, UVC, adjustable flow rate, underwater and feature lighting is operated by remote control. Looks and sounds great from all aspects.
Garden Design
Always keen to improve the companies skill set Matt (Director) has just passed with distinction his level 3 Advanced Certificate in Garden Design. He is currently studying for his professional diploma.

We are currently designing a third water feature for Glossop Caravans to further enhance their site.
Award Winning Designer
We have just won a contract to build a garden designed by Jacquetta Menzies for a private client. The garden is to be completed by summer 2010 and entered into the National BALI awards.
Pond of the Month
We have just received notification that the 7500 gallon koi pond built early 2009 is to be "Pond of the month" in National Koi Magazine summer 2010.
5 Water Features for Woodhams
Aqua Gardens are delighted to confirm we have just won a contract to build 5 water features for Woodhams (Chelsea Flower Show multi gold medalists) at the prestigious Burnham Beeches project.
7500 Gallon Pond Construction
We have just undertaken a 7500 gallon pond construction for a member of the Northern Koi Club. We will be keeping a photographic diary of the project and a national koi magazine has shown an interest in featuring the project in 'pond of the month'.
The British Association of Landscape Industries
After a thorough vetting of working practises and numerous site inspections, Aqua Gardens Limited was accepted into The British Association of Landscape Industries (BALI) as a full contracting member.
Hawthorne Hall
Working under contract of UK Landcare Ltd, We were involved in the restoration project of Hawthorne Hall in Wilmslow, Cheshire. Our particular brief was to construct a raised sleeper bed kitchen garden and reconstruct original paving approach to the entrance hall.
